A Life of Being in the Kitchen

Within the next 5 years, I plan to attend the Culinary Institute of America and get a degree in Culinary Arts. My dream job would be to own a multi-million dollar restraunt in either Los Angeles, New York City, or London. Cooking is my true passion, next to fashion (I currently sell a wide range of evening bags online). I hope and pray to be an equivalent to the great Gordon Ramsay, or Marco Pierre White. These guys are true personalities and they show their personality in the dishes they create. I don't want to be the celebrity chef that hosts a cooking show on Saturday morning. I want to be in restaurant kitchens, in the middle of the action. Like a man in the army, he wants to be in the midst of gunfire, not behind a desk pushing pencils. I hope to become a powerful, well-educated Master of the culinary Arts.
