If a business does well,it is because of the contribution of a consumer and also the good relationship between the seller and the buyer. When you respect each other then all the things run smoothly without having any trouble. That is why it is advisable for the business persons to be respecting a consumer's rights and they will see that their business will be a success to them without them knowing. All what a consumer needs is a good impression towards them from the seller. The consumer protection group is a group that is in charge of all the consumer rights and policies. Anything that a consumer experiences they report it to this group. They are the ones who are responsible of taking any action against a seller who is found to be guilty of violating a consumers rights. The consumer group can be found in every state cause they have different agencies in all the states. They get to discuss the issues that the consumers are facing as they buy their products and plan on the actions that they will take.
