Grabbing the Chance to of Service to Others

Al has just come in for the rehearsals. He will be training a group of out of school youth who has formed a church choir. Rehearsals have been going on for the past two months as the choir gets ready for a major production. The group is organizing a benefit concert that aims to raise funds for the construction of the seminary. Indeed, it is for a very good cause and that is why, Al has committed himself to the project despite his very hectic schedule. Al is working closely with one of his favorite nieces, Joan, who is also arranging some songs for the concert. When Al came, he knew that he was already late and so he readily apologized for it. He explained that it took him a while to search by telephone numbers some people, who could be sponsors for their show. Al believes that they need all the help they could get. And since he has friends who are in the position to be of service to the needy, Al wants to grab the opportunity.
