For many parents, it is a dream to have time with their children so that they can be able to talk about life issues and follow up on what they do in school. This however many times is not easy because most jobs are demanding and many cannot enjoy time with their children. The economic times that we are in do not allow one to take time off many times ina month because what this means is that you may not be able to provide for your children. It therefore is important that a parent looks at ways in which they can make time for their children because the children will surely treasure these moments. When you are aged and retired, it will not matter much how many cars or houses you will have if your children are into drugs and other vices and cannot fit in the society. By making parental flexible working hours by an employer can help parents realize a dream that they have in a long time. Many employers in the uk look at the performance which gives one a time to finish their work and still be with their children.
