The Benefits of the Nintendo Wii for Families With Children

In my occupation, I calibrate hexagonal standoffs for an electronics firm, and would like to write a bit about my favourite games consoles.

Our family owns several game consoles, including the Xbox 360, the Playstation 2 and the Nintendo Wii, but the Wii is by far my favorite for several reasons. Not only does it allow you to access games and online programs like Netflix, but it offers a wide variety of games appropriate for all family members. This is an especially important consideration for any family with several children of varying ages, interests and abilities. For instance, our 8-year-old daughter loves to watch Netflix through the Wii and also plays some games such as Phineas and Ferb. Our 10-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter enjoy playing Wii Sports and Wii Fit. Our 10-year-old son also plays a Tony Hawk skateboard game on here. Our oldest 14-year-old son plays puzzle and logic type games such as Tetris and also enjoys playing Just Dance 3 with his 13-year-old sister and me. We can play games together as a family and it gets us up and moving as opposed to sitting and just staring at a screen. This makes the Wii considerably better than other video game console options out there.
