I have always been awed by the food industry ever since I could remember. I went to a prestigious school of catering and landed a job working for and side by side for one of the best re known caterer. She gave me a lot of responsibilities and my co workers always told me that I was her progeny something I found hard to believe because that woman was amazing and a miracle worker when it came for food. She was one of the best Corporate Caterer and I aspired to be like her. It reached a time where she got an emergency and she had to leave work and she left me in charge, something that I did not anticipate. Immediately she left a client asked us to cater for his business meeting the next day and my boss was not coming until the day after that. I decided to put my self in her magnificent shoes and did everything like she would have done from the creating of the menus, to the delivery of the food and finally the serving of the food, and believe it or not it was a success, when she came back, she was impressed and she gave me a pat on the back, it was like I was walking on clouds.
